If you are booked onto a shared transfer, we will book this service based on the flight details entered. Shared transfers are the cheapest way to get to and from the airport. Shared transfers have a fixed schedule, so on the outbound journey you may have a to wait (usually 1-2hrs, but 3hrs maximum) at the airport until your transfer departs for the resort. Depending on your return flight times, on the way home you may also arrive back to the airport for check-in earlier (4hrs maximum) than you would normally.

If you are booked onto a private transfer, the driver will know your expected flight arrival and departure time. Private transfers are chauffeur-driven vehicles reserved exclusively for your party. The drivers of our private transfers will wait for you in the airport arrivals hall and as soon as you have all your bags you can depart for the resort. This is the quickest way to get to the snow! This really is door to door service; you will be dropped and picked up at the door of your accommodation (or as close as possible) making it the most stress free way to get to and from the airport.

If you want to change the time of your transfer outside of the window set above, you will need to contact us directly and this can be arranged on a request basis. We factor in additional time for traffic and weather to make sure you can get to/from the airport without any issues so some changes are not possible.

When no available transfer aligns with your schedule (for example, a flight arrival time that is incompatible with the next shared transfer), we may only offer Private Transfers for your group. You'll see this when booking and selecting which transfer you'd like.
