There is a £99 deposit to secure your armada booking. If you need to cancel your booking prior to the payment deadline, the cancellation fee will be the deposit paid. After this time, the cancellation fee will be calculated as below:

If you wish to cancel your booking you can do so through your online NUCO account, we will need you to submit your bank account details to your NUCO account following the hyperlink in your cancellation email or through this link. Once submitted your refund will be processed and credit your nominated bank account within 7-14 days.

We have a minimum passenger number requirement for some of our bookings; should your party not meet the minimum number requirement, you will be given the option to pay a supplement or cancel the booking in which case cancellation charges may apply.

Please note, should NUCO Travel be unable to provide your holiday package and have to cancel armada week, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of the cancellation.
