Unless stated as included at the time of booking, a damage deposit or card pre-authorisation will be required at your accommodation agency on arrival.

If you are due to be arriving in to resort late, this will need to be provided prior to your arrival or the following morning.

The damage deposit amount can vary for resorts and different accommodation agencies and can range from 150€ total to 200€ per person. You must have funds available on a credit or debit card for this. Usually, the sum is held against the card and no money taken however if you have any questions you should check with reception before you travel.

Most European resorts also require visitors to pay a ‘tourist tax’. This is not included in the cost of the holiday and must be paid for in resort. The tourist tax amount will be between 1€ for budget accommodation - 3.5€ for a 5* accommodation per night per person.

For example, a group of 4 may be required to pay between 28€ - 98€ tax in total for 7 nights accommodation.

Failure to pay this will result in a loss of deposit.

Car parking will also be an additional cost and can be requested directly from our team.

Please be advised that NUCO Travel does not take any responsibility in case of any dispute and you will need to deal directly with the reception staff if there are any disagreements.
