How do I transfer my booking?

We understand things can change after booking and you may not be able to attend the LuvSki event.

If you or anybody named on your booking can no longer travel, you may transfer the booking to another person.

  • There is no fee for name changes processed more than 42 days prior to your departure.

  • Name changes processed within 42 days of your departure, there will be a £50 admin fee.

  • Name changes can be processed up to 7 days prior to your departure

Please email thursday@nucotravel.com with the details of who you would like to transfer your booking over to and our team will be happy to process this for you. The new owner of the booking would, in turn, need to agree to the conditions required by the LuvSki booking conditions.

For passengers who have booked transport separately eg. with the airline, additional name change fees may apply, and you'll need to contact the provider directly to confirm the fee.

If you are unable to find someone to take your place but need to cancel, our standard cancellation charges will apply.
