Your accommodation voucher will be uploaded to the members area on our website 7-10 days before your holiday. Any ski school, equipment or ski pass vouchers will be uploaded on the Wednesday before your departure date. Please let us know via the online chat service if there is anything missing after the Thursday you are due to travel.
