You're back home and the holiday blue's have kicked in but then you receive an email from NUCO saying your damage deposit has been returned and is ready for you to claim back!

For us to process your refund we need you to submit your bank account details to your NUCO account, you can do this by following this link

When you made payments on your booking this went through a secure payment system called Worldpay and NUCO have no access to the details you provided. This means we are not able to process refunds directly to the card used to make payments.

If you have an International Bank Account, this includes Irish, please ensure you save your details to the International banking tab, including details such as your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT number. Please follow this link to be directed the the International Bank Account section.

When your details have been saved your refund will be processed and credit your account within 7 - 14 working days. After your refund has been processed we will purge all bank account details. The information you provide can only be used to pay money into your account, not to withdraw funds.
