If for whatever reason you are no longer able to attend your trip, instead of cancelling there is an option of transferring your booking over to someone else, we call this a name change.

Changing the name on a booking can help in situations where the ticket needs to be transferred to another person. This involves confirming the transfer by both the original and new passenger.

When processing a name change for a booking, both parties must confirm the transfer and ensure all pre-booked options and payment obligations are clearly agreed upon. If the process is completed before the payment deadline, it typically incurs no fee, while delays post-deadline may lead to additional costs. Processing after the payment deadline, the name change fee is £50.

For passengers travelling by coach, train, airport transfer or arranging their own transport, if you are processing a name change prior to the payment deadline for your trip, this is free of charge.

Certain items, such as insurance products bought by the original passenger, are non-transferable. In such cases, the new passenger should arrange for their own insurance coverage if needed.

Passengers travelling by air must also cover the cost of any fee from the airline, mainly their name change fee. This cost can differ between airlines and can increase the nearer to departure when this is completed.

If you want to process a name change both parties will need to confirm the name change by emailing info@nucotravel.com accepting all pre-booked options including rooming allocations, transport options, equipment hire and the payment conditions. It is the responsibility of both parties to arrange payment between themselves.
