After your balance deadline has passed and the booking has closed we will start looking at rooming allocations. You can find your balance deadline at the bottom of your booking confirmation.
All passengers will receive a detailed email to the email address linked with your NUCO account explaining how the rooming allocations will work along with the date, time and duration the allocations will be open for. The rooming allocation process can differ for certain groups as there is no one set rule.
Rooming allocations is when you can allocate into a room/ apartment with your friends and is a straight forward and easy process to follow, this will be completed online through your NUCO account.
Please make sure you do not miss the stages when they are open to allocate yourself, if you do miss these then we will struggle to put you into an apartment with your friends.
