Depending on your group you may receive an eTicket holding information relating to your booking. Smaller and non-university groups will receive holiday vouchers.

You will receive your eTicket or holiday vouchers 14 days prior to your departure.

If the rest of your group have received their eTicket but you have not, please go to your NUCO account to manage your booking here. Scroll to the bottom of the booking summary page and click resend eTicket. This will then be sent through to the email address your account is set up with and where you have received your booking confirmations. Please also check your spam/ junk folders as this may have been directed to that inbox.
