If you have not received your booking confirmation, we would first recommend checking your spam/ junk folder as your confirmation may have been directed to that inbox as this will have come from a no reply email address.

 If you still cannot see an email booking confirmation it is possible that the email address on your NUCO account may have a slight spelling error or may be an email address that you set your account up with that you do not use regularly.

We would recommend checking all your email accounts, if you have more than one, to see if your account was set up with another email address and this is where your booking confirmation has been sent.

If you cannot find this, please contact our customer service team via the chat feature along with details of the trip you booked on to and we can resend the booking confirmation and confirm which email address this was sent to.
