As with all insurance policy's, the policy NUCO offers has a 14 day cooling offer period. This means if you change you mind within 14 days of selecting travel insurance with NUCO you can remove it free of charge. To remove insurance within the cooling off period you must submit your alternative insurance details here. Our customer service team will then remove the insurance from your booking.
After the 14 day cooling off period has elapsed we will no longer be able to remove any NUCO insurance free of charge, there will be a 65% refund of the premium paid, please see this detailed below.

As per our terms and conditions, you must have appropriate travel insurance in order to make a booking with NUCO Travel. If you are not taking NUCO's insurance you must provide details of your alternative insurance policy.
