Adding insurance

If it is before your payment deadline, you can do this yourself online. Log into your NUCO account and click to manage your booking here; from your holiday summary page click "edit options", and you can add insurance. If the payment deadline has passed, and it is prior to travel please contact us by email or chat and we can then add this onto your booking. We cannot add insurance to your booking once your holiday has commenced.

Amending insurance

If the payment deadline has passed, and it is prior to travel please contact us by email or chat and we can amend your booking. We cannot amend insurance once your holiday has commenced.

Removing insurance

As per clause 18 of our terms and conditions, you must have appropriate travel insurance in order to make a booking with NUCO Travel. If you are not taking NUCO's insurance you must provide details of your alternative insurance policy.

As with all insurance policy's, the policy NUCO offers has a 14 day cooling offer period. This means if you change you mind within 14 days of selecting travel insurance with NUCO you can remove it free of charge. To remove insurance within the cooling off period you must submit your alternative insurance details here. Our customer service team will then remove the insurance from your booking.
