There is a £150 deposit to secure your PropSki booking. If you are booking for multiple people under one booking, the deposit will be calculated as £150 per person.
The payment deadline for all bookings is the 13th of November 2021.
If you need to cancel your booking prior to the payment deadline of the 13th of November, the cancellation fee will be the deposit paid. After this time, the cancellation fee will be 100% of your holiday cost.
Should you wish to cancel, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will process this for you. If you have any refund due at the time of cancelling this will be automatically processed to the original payment card and will credit within 5 working days.
Please note, should NUCO Travel be unable to provide your holiday package and have to cancel PropSki 2022, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of the cancellation.
If you are unable to travel due to contracting Covid-19 or being asked to isolate by NHS track and trace, normal cancellation terms will apply. We recommend you have in place a suitable insurance policy to cover such an eventuality. However, because we have suppliers to pay, if the trip is going ahead and you decide not to attend for any other reason, your deposit is non-refundable.
