There is a £50 deposit to secure your armada booking. If you are booking for multiple people under one booking, the deposit will be calculated as £50 per person.
If you need to cancel your booking prior to the payment deadline, the cancellation fee will be the deposit paid. After this time, the cancellation fee will be calculated as below:
More than 56 days – Deposit paid
More than 28 days – 60% of holiday cost
More than 14 days – 80% of holiday cost
14 days or less – 100% of holiday cost
Should you wish to cancel your booking, if you have booked as an individual and not with a University club please email firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will process this for you. If you have any refund due at the time of cancelling this will be automatically processed to the original payment card and will credit within 5 working days.
If you have booked through your University club you can cancel your booking through your online NUCO account, we will need you to submit your bank account details to your NUCO account following the hyperlink in your cancellation email or through this link. Once submitted your refund will be processed and credit your nominated bank account within 7-14 days.
If you are unsure of which type of armada booking you have, an example booking reference for an individual booking is 0009-000A123 and a University club booking reference example NUCO-123456A.
Please note, should NUCO Travel be unable to provide your holiday package and have to cancel armada week, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of the cancellation.
If you are unable to travel due to contracting Covid-19 or being asked to isolate by NHS track and trace, normal cancellation terms will apply. We recommend you have in place a suitable insurance policy to cover such an eventuality. However, because we have suppliers to pay, if the trip is going ahead and you decide not to attend for any other reason, your deposit is non-refundable.
