We understand things can change after booking and you may not be able to attend the armada week. In this instance, if you were to cancel your booking prior to your payment deadline the cancellation fee would be the deposit paid, £99 per person. After this date, the cancellation fee would be:
Alternatively, instead of cancelling, you could transfer your booking to a friend, we call this a name change.
To be as flexible as possible, we offer name changes free of charge up to the payment deadline detailed on your booking confirmation, and then with a fee of £50 up until the day before the trip departs.
By processing a name change, there will be no cancellation fees, meaning you don't lose out financially.

When processing a name change of a booking, both parties must understand the transfer and ensure all pre-booked options and payment obligations and deadlines are clearly understood. If the process is completed before the payment deadline, this is free of charge, processing after the payment deadline, the name change fee is £50.
Processing before your booking payment deadline
Please note that almost all booking options can be amended before the payment deadline so the person you are transferring to can make changes.
Travel Insurance cannot be transferred between passengers.
Transfer Booking Steps:
Find someone to transfer your booking to.
Confirm the travel dates, price, payment deadline and your current selected booking options with the person you want to transfer to. This includes any accommodation upgrades that they may not be able to change.
Once you are both happy to transfer the booking, log in to your armada account and go to view your booking.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select TRANSFER BOOKING.
Submit the email address of the person you are transferring the booking to and click REQUEST TRANSFER.
We will then check there is a verified account under that email address and that they don't have a booking on this package already, this includes cancelled or a waiting list booking.
Once the above checks have been done you will see Email Validated, Please Confirm Booking Transfer.
To complete the transfer, click CONFIRM TRANSFER. The booking will then no longer be in your name or on your armada account. The transfer is complete and the person your have transferred your booking to will have received a booking confirmation email.
You then need to arrange between yourselves the transfer of any payments you made towards the booking.
As an example, if you paid the £99 towards your booking, the name change is free of charge, so the person you transferred your booking to, pays you £99.

Processing after your booking payment deadline
For name changes processed after the payment deadline, all pre-booked options will be frozen and confirmed with our suppliers, and as such cannot be amended.
If you want to process a name change both parties will need to confirm the name change by emailing hello@armada-week.com, accepting all pre-booked options. It is the responsibility of both parties to arrange payment between themselves.
To process a name change please email us with the details of who you would like to transfer your booking over to and our team will be happy to process this for you. The new owner of the booking would, in turn, need to agree to the armada booking terms and conditions which can be found here.
There is no fee for name changes processed more than 42 days prior to your departure.
Name changes processed within 42 days of your departure there will be a £50 admin fee.
Name changes can be processed up to 7 days prior to your departure
If you are unable to find a replacement but need to cancel, cancellation charges will apply. Otherwise, no refunds will be given for passengers not travelling or for unused services.
