If the trip is unable to go ahead due to COVID, then you would receive a full cash refund. No vouchers, no time limits, no claiming on insurance, just money straight into your bank account.
If the trip can go ahead but you change your mind, your deposit is non-refundable (simply because we have to pay suppliers). Where we can, we will transfer your booking to another trip or the following year but if this is not possible, your deposit is retained. Following balance payment deadline, normal cancellation terms apply unless we have to cancel your trip due to COVID.
If we cancel your trip due to COVID, we will always try and offer you an alternative to move to rather than just cancel. We have our thinking caps on all the time!
