Generally you will be able to check-in from 5pm onwards on arrival and you will be required to leave at 10am. If you arrive early and the apartment has been cleaned and is available, an early check-in is usually possible. The reception team will usually ask for a mobile number so they can contact you when your apartment is ready so you do not have to wait in reception.

Please note that during peak holiday times receptions can become very busy and when occupancy levels are high, every single apartment needs to be thoroughly cleaned in a limited time so your patience is very much appreciated.
