It is 100% your responsibility to contact the reception if you are going to arrive late. You will be given the opening times of reception and the phone number before you travel and we would ask that you call well in advance of the closing time to give the reception team time to leave keys for you in a safe place. Opening hours may be subject to change during the season and Erna Low cannot be held responsible if you do not arrange for the keys to be left for you.
