As we can only offer a limited number of beds for each level of accommodation upgrade, it's likely that these options will sell out. In this case, we will open a waiting list for each level.

Should we be able to offer more availability in a certain accommodation level, or if another passenger cancels their booking, the first person on the waiting list will be upgraded to that accommodation level.

For accommodation upgrades, we will no longer process the waiting list once the payment deadline has passed as this is when we begin the process of rooming allocations.

It is really important to note that if you no longer want to be on a waiting list, please log in to your NUCO account and manage your booking here to remove yourself from the waiting list. If you remain on the waiting list, and space becomes available at a certain level, your booking will automatically be upgraded. As there may be a waiting list for your original accommodation level, we can't guarantee we will be able to swap your accommodation level back to your original choice.
