As we confirm the exact number of beds for the exact number of passengers, we do not have spare beds to be able to move people around, however, we can look at swapping your rooming allocation.

To do this, you would need to find someone willing to swap with you and we would require email confirmation from them that they are happy with the swap. This confirmation can be sent to info@nucotravel.com.

When making any changes, we do need to take into consideration the other passengers in the rooms as well, so it may not always be possible to process the change, but we will do our best to allocate you where you want to be.

Unauthorised room swaps are NOT permitted, and if you are swapping rooms with another passenger, you need to ensure you have informed NUCO of this so we can update both of your bookings. This is to ensure the information we have is accurate and to avoid issues with the return of your damage deposit.

It's also worth noting there will be a difference in price if you are swapping to a different level of accommodation.
